Contact Form

As you can see the Contact Form is back in.  I have done a couple of tests and all seems to be ok. 

If you still have problems contacting me or I appear to be ignoring you please put a note in comments.

      Hi Scott - so sorry, for some reason I get some and not others. I have tried deleting and reinstating the Contact form again. Be good to hear from you.

      Hi Dave, At least it's working as you have replied back.

      As for me I'm 39 and live in the midlands. Although I fortunately haven't had to experience Prostate cancer, I have had ED for a number of years and would like to speak to yourself about the next steps. Scott

    Hi, I'm a urology nurse in Southampton. For those with implants AND keen cyclists I have recommended the ISM saddle but a couple of guys haven't found it helpful. Any suggestions to pass on in your experience? Matt (urologysurgerynurses@uhs.nhs.uk)
